The apartment was in close vicinity to the event that I was attending at the Hilton (which was right next door), and of course right next to the Viaduct. There was complimentary tea, coffee and milk, and plenty of towels provided. Check in and check out were very easy. Apartment was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The main bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean.
The sheets were not clean on the couch pull-out bed, the blinds in the lounge where the bed is, didn’t block out any light what so ever, and the room smelt musty & like alcohol.

Outstanding location, size of the unit met expectation and good quality unit.
The tile in the shower needed some serious treatment. Information on the room was tucked away, tv took a minute to figure out and the blinds do not close all the way.

A lovely central location that suited our needs. Apartment was well appointed.
We booked for three people and it was only made up for two. A quick phone call and this was rectified. Cleaners need to check things like light bulbs as there were a couple in the bathroom not working. We used to manage tourist accommodation overseas and this was standard practice with everything in our villas. My grandson left his phone charger in the room and I have had difficulty tracing back a number to inquire after the matter.
